As promised, I said that I would share my homemade Vegan ranch recipe with you guys. I mentioned this in my last post where I made the Sweet N Spicy Cauliflower Bites. (You can find that recipe HERE). If you know me, then you know that I absolutely LIVE for dips and sauces. I am totally that person that drowns her food in dressings, and dips my chips way too deep in any dipping sauce. You do NOT wanna share chips and dip with me I promise! Just ask my husband or sisters. I just prefer my food a bit…wet. ;p Anyway, because I love dips and dressings, lately I have been making my own, and wanted to share the vegan ranch recipe that I found that only requires 3 main ingredients. Just 3!
What you will need:
- 2 cups of Vegan Mayonnaise: (The only brand I use Just Mayo. So good and soy free.)
- 3/4 cup of almond milk. (Unsweetened almond milk works well too.)
- 1/4 cup of fresh dill
- Large mixing bowl, (my favorite mixing bowl was being used at the time, so I used a medium-sized pot lol), then an empty jar to store your ranch dressing. (Dollar Tree has mason jars for just $1.00, but Walmart and Target will have empty jars too.)
Those are the 3 main ingredients that you need for you vegan ranch. I mean, it cannot get any simper than that right?! For your seasonings, you can simply add sea salt and pepper to taste, plus whatever other seasonings that you like. I add the following:
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
To make the ranch, simply combine your vegan mayonnaise, almond milk, and fresh dill:
Then add your desired seasonings, then stir with a big spoon until nice and creamy:
*Tip: If you want your dressing to be a bit more liquid-y, you can add more milk if you need to. If you want it to be thicker in texture, add more mayonnaise!
Next pour into your empty jar, and you’re good to go! Store in refrigerator after each use!
This ranch can be used for your salads or as a dip. I make this ranch dressing WEEKLY ya’ll. It’s so good, and so easy! Hope you enjoy!
Have a wonderful weekend!
