When buying things like kitchen appliances (or anything online for that matter), I highly suggest you read the customer reviews, as they are great for detailing exactly how the products work and if they are worth purchasing.

ALSO! Make sure that all of the fruit (frozen or fresh works fine) are ORGANIC. And the same goes for your vegetables. 🙂

Now that you’ve got smoothie recipe options, let’s start making these smoothies! Have a wonderful week!

  1. Thank you so much for the recipes! I’ve just been eyeball slabbing it and looking online for recipes, needless to say on a scale from 1-10 these smoothies I’ve been making are a 5-6,
I can tolerate them but I don’t love them. I think I have to chill on the banana, I just don’t like the smell of fresh bananas 🤔 But I like banana nut bread ..but I digress. Thank you again 🙂
